Lazydays Gite Rental Prices
The gite is available for holiday, medium and long term rental. The prices listed for medium and long term rental are exclusive of utility costs.
A welcome pack containing the basics will be waiting for you on your arrival at the gite.
The prices listed below are for up to 4 people.
Although this is a 'non smoking' gite smokers are welcome to smoke under the covered terrace area situated a few paces away from the gite or in the extensive area of pasture and garden surrounding the property.
HOLIDAY LETS
Charges for holiday lets are listed below and are inclusive of gas and electricity.
Wood will be included in the price between between April and October (November to March, see prices below).
Bed linen and towels (for indoor use only) are provided.
A 25% deposit secures the booking with the full balance payable on the day of arrival. There is also a security charge of 200 euros.
MEDIUM / LONG TERM LETS
Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels and bedding. Should this not be possible bedding and towels can be provided for a small charge.
A deposit of one month's rent (650 euros) is requested at the time of booking. A security payment of 300 euros is payable on the day of arrival. The first bottle of gas is provided free of charge but wood, electricity and gas refills are not included in the rent. Wood can be supplied at cost price (2009 - 45 euros per cubic metre)
ALSO AVAILABLE
Forty five minute massage sessions can be arranged at the gite for a charge of 25 euros a session. These are given by a UK qualified sports massage therapist. Extremely relaxing.
An on site sauna can be hired for 10 euros an hour. This is paricularly beneficial after a massage
An air conditioning unit can be hired for 15 euros a week.
Free use of adult bicycles. Safety helmets not provided.
