Chassagnas Gite Rental Prices

The gite is available for short, medium and long term rental. Charges for medium and long term rental are exclusive of utility costs.

A welcome pack containing the basics will be waiting for you on your arrival at the gite.

Although this is a 'non smoking' gite smokers are welcome to smoke under the covered terrace area situated a few paces away from the gite or in the extensive area of pasture and garden surrounding the property.

For LONG TERM RENTAL you are kindly requested to bring your own towels and bedding.

For SHORT TERM RENTAL bedding and towels (for indoor use only) are provided.

The prices listed below are for up to 4 people.

LONG TERM RENTAL: A deposit of one month's rent (650 euros) is requested at the time of booking. A security payment of 300 euros is payable on the day of arrival. The first bottle of gas is provided free of chanrge but wood, electricity and gas refills are not included in the rent. Wood can be supplied at cost price (in 2007 is was 35 to 45 euros per cubic metre)

WEEKLY RENTAL: Charges for short term lets are listed below inclusive of gas and electricity. Wood will be included in the price between between April and October (November to March see prices above). A 25% deposit secures the booking with the full balance payable on the day of arrival. There is also a security charge of 200 euros[/bold].

Low-season €  200.00 Euro

Mid-season €  250.00 Euro

High-season €  300.00 Euro

Peak-season €  350.00 Euro
